In The Loop Sharing Knowledge Columbia developer Tom Prioreschi spoke at the International Downtown Association 2004 Spring Conference in Houston. Prioreschi spoke on "The Bucks Behind Residential Projects," a topic he knows well. A veteran of four Main Street residential projects (Capitol Places I, II, III, IV), he discussed financing, methods, tools and common mistakes to avoid in developing downtown housing. Prioreschi's latest venture is turning the upper floors of the Barringer into 75 apartments.
