Over the next 12 months, Capitol Places will develop three Main Street projects totaling 87 apartments and 34 condominiums. These projects will be a substantial $16 million investment to downtown living and will bring Capitol Places closer to their goal of developing 500 units in the Main Street area within the next 5 years.

  $8.0 Million in the historical renovation to add 75 apartments in "The Barringer Building".  Interior demolition is completed and construction to start Oct. 2005 and expected completion Septemeber 2006.

$1.0 to $1.3 million.  Recently Capitol Places has purchased the building next to our current Capitol Places II ("Berry's On Main").  Capitol Places will be adding a floor to this structure and this addition will accommodate 12 more apartments for Capitol Places II.  Expected completion Spring 2007.

$7.0 million to our newest project is 34 condominiums located across from the Columbia Museum of Art.  Expected completion Aug  2006.
