• 1st Month Rent at lease signing and move-in

Parking Alternatives
1. As a downtown resident you are entitled to a special rate to park along the side-streets (not Main St) adjacent to the apartment building for $15 per month. This allows 24 hour/ 7 day parking including at metered spots.

2. You are also entitled to park at the city's closest garage at the city's best rate in that garage.

3. Private parking lots are available adjacent to each building at the private lots established rates.

4. Parking along Main Street is allowed after 6 pm and before 8 am and on Sundays. This is a good alternative for those who do not walk to work.
